The below copied is a perfect illustration of Scam mail.
The scammer is trying to influence the mail recipient by appealing in various ways.
The scammer is using the screen name Conni, which might not be a genuine name and its a fake name. Once the innocent email user get in touch with scammer by getting attracted to the words in the email, the scammer will try to get more information from email user and then makes fraudulent usage of such information.
In order to avoid such circumstances its better that all email users be not carried away or attracted to such fraud emails.
